2nd Location - Cumberland MD

During 1993, after visiting the city of Cumberland, Maryland, Elder Simms was led of the Spirit to begin an outreach service there. The initial plan was to hold prayer and apostolic teaching services at individual homes or to rent a small place for temporary use.

This quickly changed when Elder Simms passed by an existing church facility in the town, which was no longer being used by the previous congregation. After contacting the real estate firm, the Lord moved and the facility was purchased outright. The Lord has blessed mightily in this city throughout the years.

The church facility served as the main worship center from 2003-2006 while the new sanctuary was being constructed in District Heights, MD.
